RULINGS AT BEULAH PARK e s COLUMBUS, Ohio, May 29 The following ruling was today issued by the Beulah Park stewards: "Having completed an investiga tion of the poor performance shown by the horse Exclusive in the running of the sev- enth race on May 20, the stewards have this day rescinded the ruling and have restored trainer E. J. Wood and all horses in his care to good standing, provided, however, that former trainer Frank Wood be dissociated from this stable." For fighting on city streets and again renewing his attack upon a horseman at the track, and for other conduct considered detrimental to racing, former trainer J. W. Kearns has been denied all privileges of Beulah Park, and the matter has been referred to the Ohio State Racing Commission for more drastic action. ,
