j LOVELY ROSA OAKS WINNER Snecial Cablegram. EPSOM DOWNS, England, May 29. Lovely Rosa, owned by Sir Abe Bailey, won the Epsom Oaks, at one mile and a half, here today as the Derby meeting ended. She defeated Sir Frederick Elleys Barrowby Gem, and Feola, owned by King Edward but carrying the colors of Lord Derby during the period of court mourning, was third. Lovely Rosa was 33 to 1 in the betting. Barrowby Gem was 22 to 1 and Feola 10 to 1. The latter was second in the One Thousand Guineas, sister-feature to the Oaks. Lovely Rosa is a daughter of Tolgus Napoule. She was unplaced in the Guineas. 1
