HAWTHORNE SPRINT HANDICAP Twenty-Seven Crack Sprinters Eligible for Cicero Tracks ,000 Added Saturday Headliner. Nominations for the ,000 added Hawthorne Sprint Handicap, closed Saturday with twenty-seven being named to race six and one-half furlongs in the stake which will j feature the racing of June 13. Never since the inception of racing at the historic Cicero course has there been such a capable band of performers named to match strides in a sprint here. i There will be no penalties and starters will be named through the entry box at the usual closing time the day before the race.
