JOSEPH McGINNIS DIES BALTIMORE, Md., June 8. Joseph Mc-Ginnis, veteran racing official, who served at Tropical Park and Blue Bonnets, among other courses, died suddenly here Saturday in Sinai Hospital. His body was shipped to Jersey City to his late residence, 171 I Duncan Avenue, where the funeral will be 1 held. - v
