t COLORADO BILL PASSES f s . -4 DENVER, Colo., April 8. The Colorado senate today, by a vote of nineteen to fifteen, passed a racing bill, legalizing pari-mutuel betting on horse and dog races. The bill previously passed by the house, now goes to Governor Ammons for signature. The Governor has not announced his position as yet, but he favored such a bill while a member of the Colorado legislature.
