CALUMET DICE AT TOP BOWIE, Md., April 8. The Southern Maryland Handicap weights were released today by John B. Campbell. The handicap, which is to be decided Saturday and is endowed with ,000, has placed Calumet Dick at the top with 121 pounds. The Bryson campaigner is asked to concede one pound to Chanceview over the mile and a sixteenth. The latter, one of the Vanderbilt ailing horses which recently developed a blind quarter crack, thereby being eliminated, leaves Mrs. Walter OHaras Mucho Gusto second in the handicap, with 115 pounds, one more than his stablemate, New Deal. The weights for the handicap are: Calumet Dick, 121; Chanceview, 120; Mucho Gusto, 115; New Deal, 114; Weston, 107; Evergold, 106; Bright Light, 105; Quincy, 98; Kenty, 97; Jackie D., 95; Prince Arthur, 93.
