BROWN LEXINGTON ARRIVAL LEXINGTON, Ky., April 8. Sidney S. Brown, who will be in charge of the secretarys office at Keeneland in the absence of Charles McLennan, has arrived from Miami and plans to open his office the latter part of the week to receive stable registration badge lists and applications for licenses. Fred Burton is expected early next week to assist him in this work. Roy Car-ruthers, general manager of Keeneland, returned today from Chicago, where he has been for a week on Arlington Park business.
