BRYANT STRING READY FOR FIRST KENTUCKY BUGLE CALL LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 8. When the first bugle call of the meeting is heard here at Churchill Downs on Saturday, May 1, Sam Bryant Ott, local young turfman whose forebears had much to do with the laying of the foundation of Kentucky racing, expects to have seven of the nine horses he -will campaign this year ready for colors. Three two-year-olds, three three-year-olds and the four-year-old Kapado will be ready, according to Ott who later will take up Safe and Sound and Monks Time. Safe and Sound, owned by Hugh Young, also of this city, is running out at Jack Rogers farm near Versailles, while Hunter Moody is "legging up" Monks Time down at his place near Lexington.
