TEST FOR "EYE IN THE SKY" SAN BRUNO, Calif., April 8. William P. Kyne announced today that he would test the "eye in the sky" for the benefit of the public who believe it favors the outside horse. Kyne will have a camera installed on the inside of the track at Bay Meadows and pictures of finishes will be "shot" from both the inside and outside and then compared. Arguments as to the accuracy of the device arose during the Tanforan meeting, and Kyne by his move is of the opinion that the double check on the photograph will decide the issue for all time.
