The horses brought here from TJew Orleans by trainer A. C. Wettweiler for Mrs. B. Franzheim of New York are Compensatory, Silas, Gay Troubadour, Gaellic, Sonsy Boy, Lady Dedlock, Fine Aira, Witheraway, Due First and three two-year-olds which have not been to the races. The stable found quarters at the Lexington trotting track. A public stable consisting of thirteen head is being prepped by Matt Jourdan at the trotting track. Clifton P. Le Blanc, a member of the riding Le Blanc family, brought three two-year-olds from Miami which race in his colors. The trio, consisting of High One, Sound Wave and Network, are maidens, although all filled engagements at Miami. The veteran Norman Le Blanc, older of the riders, arrived from his home at Baton Rouge, La., Wednesday, along with the youngest of the Le Blancs, his brother Euclid, who is being prepared for a riding career by Norman. Apprentice Hubert Le Blanc, one of the countrys leading riders, is one of the family of seven brothers. Cubanette, Indian Red, Lessing, The Baby and the two-year-old You Say are in training at the trotting track under the direction of Charles Sanforn. The four head Luther Stivers intends racing at Kecneland are Forrest B., Walter B., Haeheart and Lumonti. Owner-trainer J. E. Hankin has the veteran Poco and three two-year-olds in training at the Lexington trotting track. Jockey Eddie Johnson put in an application for a license to ride at Kecneland. Johnson returned home last week after riding several years in Panama and went to work for Harold White, who has the Spring Valley Stable of J. E. Mason, Paris, Ky., breeder in training at the trotting track. Headed by Grand Rock, the Spring Valley Stable of J. E. Mason arrived at the Lexington trotting track in care of trainer Harold White. The shipment, which came from New Orleans, also included Brilliant Rock, Brilliant Sid, Star Bonny, Cohort Girl, Ducky Rose and a two-year-old colt by Jay Bee Jay which was taken up from the Mason farm on the way to Lexington. White is also training Hey Flirt and Govisco, a six-year-old maiden chestnut gelding by Trevisco Gold Sight, for A. C. Whalen. J. J. "Muggsy" Russell, who served as associate docker at Oaklawn Park, came over from Hot Springs and joined the other dockers. The ten-year-old Uncle Matt is in training at the trotting track. The horse is owned by T. F. Devereaux and is in the care of Jess English. The one horse stable of A. P. Foley found accommodations at the trotting track. John Simpson is prepping the veteran Albrighton for Foley.
