TANFORAN AND BAY MEADOWS FUTURITIES EACH TO HAVE 0,000 ADDED SAN BRUNO, Calif., April 15. Two of the outstanding turf events on the 1938 calendar in the West will be the Tanforan Futurity and the Bay Meadows Futurity, each endowed with 0,000 in added money. These stakes, fashioned for two-year-olds at a mile, are open to the whole world with no restrictions as to foaling place. Nominations to the Bay Meadows Futurity of 1938 will close September 15 of this year. It is open to yearlings. The Bay Meadows Futurity of 1939 will close at the same time and sucklings will be eligible.
