HARRY RICHARDS PLANS HAVRE DE GRACE, Md., April 15- Jockey Harry Richards stated that he would return early Friday morning from New York after fulfilling his engagements on Pomnoon and Scintillator. Richards will handla Matey in the Chesapeake Stakes here on Saturday.
