TEST TO DECIDE WHETHER OR NOT CAMERA STAYS SAN BRUNO, Calif., April 15. The photographic finish will be put to the test at Bay Meadows Sunday afternoon. "Shots" will be taken from the outside and inside of the track simultaneously and a comparison of the pictures will later be made by a group consisting of William P. Kyne, Bay Meadows general manager; George Schilling, Bay Meadows steward; the three Bay Meadows placing judges and representatives of San Francisco and Bay District press correspondents. If the pictures do not prove to the satisfaction of the great majority that the camera does not favor the outside horse, photographic finishes will be abandoned at Bay Meadows. If the outside and inside pictures are uniform the camera finish at Bay Meadows is to stay.
