Eugene Normile is the sole owner of the Agua Caliente race track property, the formality of the deed passing into his hands being consummated yesterday. The papers in connection with his purchase of the plant had been in escrow until the final transaction of yesterday, giving him entire ownership. The deed was officially recorded in Tijuana, Mexico. The Agua Caliente plant covers 180 acres and the sale included all buildings, appurtenances and all other property on the site. Mexican and United States attorneys who examined all of the papers said that Nor-miles title Is absolutely flawless. J 4
