BRENNANS NEW POST PIMLICO, Md., April 28. Edward J. Bren-nan, who serves in official capacities at many of the leading racing plants in the United States, was notified of his appointment as racing secretary for the Belair Fair and Racing Association, which will come into the racing schedule late in July. Construction at Belair began several days ago and from now until the scheduled meeting a large corps of workers will be employed erecting new stables to replace the old structures and rearranging the entire plant A new grandstand will be built to accommodate large crowds and a new administration building erected for the general use ,of officials and horsemen.
