WILL CALL SPECIAL SESSION AUSTIN, Texas, April 28. Following a declaration this morning by Governor Allrcd that he would call a special session of the legislature immediately after the present session ends, midnight. May 11, if the mutuel repeal bill is not voted on for final passage by the senate, two motions to suspend the rules and set the Bradbury Bill for special consideration were voted down. The senates criminal jurisprudence committee was to have acted on th Hardin anti-bookmak-ing bill last night but was without a quorum.
