T JAMAICA TURF NOTES $ Charles Millar will ship two horses from here to Suffolk Downs next week for that meeting. Frank Hutchinson arrived from California and will join the layers ranks next week. The Howe Stable, trained by Dabney Harrison, secured second call on the services of jockey Eddie Arcaro for the New York season. A. B. Letellier arrived from New Orleans for a brief visit. He is interested in the Millsdale Stable. Thorson, owned by B. M. Byers, which wrenched a leg in the running of the Wide-ner Cup, was ordered fired by trainer Mc-Creery. The horse will be an absentee from racing until July. Anthony "Tony" Pelleteri arrived from Havre de Grace and took over the division of the Millsdale Stable here. Between races Wednesday, Strabo, owned by Mrs. C. O. Iselin, was worked a mile in 1:43 in preparation for a stake engage-, ment. W. H. Gallagher reported that his two-year-old, Royal Taste, was cut down in his race on Tuesday. Louis Meripole arrived from Maryland and will stay for some time. M. San Pedro, Cuban owner, will ship Por-dina here from Tropical Park to race. The further entry of the horse Peedeeque was ordered refused by the stewards until passed upon by the track veterinarian, M. J. Dair.
