I KEENELAND TURF NOTES s a, Thomson C. Bradley, steward at many of the leading tracks of America, will leave here May 1, for Columbus Ohio, where he will serve as steward during the first ten days of the Beulah Park meeting. From there he goes to Charles Town, where he will represent the West Virgina racing commission. W. F. Meehan reported that the two-year-old brown filly, Grand Child, which he has quartered at the fair grounds, has been ailing for the past few days. The juvenile is a daughter of Grandace June Bush. The colors of Dr. D. B. Knox will be absent from the turf this year. The four-year-old filly, Joeno, Knox lone thoroughbred possession, has been retired to her owners farm at Georgetown and will be bred.
