EIGHTEEN YEARLINGS IN ANNUAL KEENELAND CONTEST LEXINGTON, Ky., April 20. Eighteen of the best-looking yearling colts were entered in the contest that was staged at Keeneland prior to the running of Wednesdays program and a large gathering of horse lovers was attracted to the paddock to look over the youngsters and cast their votes. The ballots during the one and one-half hours that the contest was in progress, will be tabulated by officials of the Thoroughbred Club of America, under whose auspices the contest was conducted, and the winner will be announced Thursday. Among the Breeders who were represented by yearlings in the contest are Hal Price Headley, Ed Martin, Duntreath Farm, Old Hickory Farm, Greentree Farm, C. V. Whitney, J. H. Whitney, Daniel B. Midkiff, Leslie Combs II., Walmac Farm, W. Arnold Hanger and J. L, Cleveland.
