Won easily; second and third driving. SATURN had speed from the stait, was sent into the lead at once, was rated along under steady restraint drew away as his rider pleased and won under restraint. BLAND HILLTOP, rated back of the pace the first turn of the field, made a bold bid going to the final fence, but was unable to threaten the winner. MR. PECK, under steady restraint, bobbled at the second fence, almost unseating his rider, moved up with a rush leaving the eighth fence and closed willingly to outfinish PEKISKO. The latter made a determined bid to reach the leader after the first turn of the field, then held on gamely. MADDING showed a good effort. SAND FIELD was outrun. FOURTH RACE and4 MILE Out of Chute. BLRNARDINE W, much the best, was hustled throush tothe lead leavine the back stretch, drew clear rounding the turn and had little difficulty in maintainin:; her advantage to the end. JUB JUB, raced for-uardly placed from the start, was taken in hand when outrun leaving the back stretch, then closed gamely through the stretch to outfinish MERVIN B. The latter saved ground throughout in a good effort. PENABUD raced on the outside throughout and was unable to threaten the leaders. IZAAK WALTON went evenlv DOER made up ground. REGALITE raced forwardly placed throughout and closed with a rush through the final eighth. STONEWOOD made up ground. TROUBLEMARK was away slowly. ISLE ROYAL quit. GAY SYMPATHY worked her way forward in the first three-eighths after a slow beginning and on the outside throughout, was unable to threaten the winner in the drive. KING BOB, rated back of the pace early, failed to threaten the leaders when called upon. VICEREINE set a speedy pace to the stretch, then faltered. SANDALMAN closed with a rush through the final quarter mile. TABHER went evenly. STAR BEAM had brief speed. OLAMARA quit. Scratched— 58040 Cudgeldoe, 110. EIGHTH RACE 1 MILE AND 70 YARDS. ROYAL TREAD, outrun the first half mile, closed with a rush through the final quarter mile. KINDRED SPIRIT faltered badly in the final eighth after setting the pace.
