I MASSACHUSETTS CHANGES I j WEIGHT RULE j BOSTON, Mass., May 27.-At a meeting of the Massachusetts State Racing Commission held today it was voted to amend the role number 171 and inserting in its place I rule number 271 and inserting in its place ,the following rule to be known as 171- "In all overnight claiming and condition races, the minimum weight shall be 103 pounds and in no case shall the total allowances of any type reduce the lowest weight below 103 pounds." The rule which the above replaces reads as follows: "In all overnight claiming and condition races, not more than six pounds may be deducted from the scale of weight for age except for allowances but in no case shall the total allowances, of any type reduce the lowest weight below 103 pounds "
