TAX CHIEF FOUND DEAD WASHINGTON, D. C, Nov. 11. After he had failed to appear at his office Wednesday, police were asked to search for William Henry Boyd, 50, director of the income tax division of the Department of Justice. Upon going to his summer home at Piney Point, Maryland, they found his body hanging in the living room.
