ENLARGE NAVY PIER WASHINGTON, D. C, Nov. 14. Lawrence Whiting, vice president of the Chicago Association of Commerce and president of the American Furniture Mart announced that PWA Administrator Ickes extended a very cordial reception to a request for a ,200,000 loan and grant for enlargement and repair of the Chicago Navy pier.
