FRENCH AUTO STRIKE ON PARIS, France, Nov. 28 The huge Renault automobile factory at Billancourt on the Seine river, outside of Paris, which was evacuated and shut down last Friday, throwing 30,000 workers out of jobs, remained closed today. At Dunkirk, in the northwestern industrial region, 5,000 iron and steel workers went on strike today. Sixty railroad workers, arrested during the dimonstrations at Paris railroad station after union meetings Friday, were sentenced today to terms ranging from six days to a month in jail.
