GREAT BRITAIN NOT COMMITTED j LONDON, England, Nov. 28. Great Britain is not committed to sending a military I expeditionary force to France in the event I of war Prime Minister Chamberlain told the house of Commons, in answering a series of questions about his visit to Paris, where he and foreign secretary Viscount Halifax conferred with Premier Edouard Daladier. The Prime Minister insisted he had made no new committments about sending military aid to France in the form of an expeditionary force. He confirmed reports that the Anglo-Franco conference had reached no new decision about granting belligerent rights to General Franco, leader of the Spanish Insurgents.
