CUT FARES TO NEW YORK NEW YORK, N. Y., Nov. 28. Persons planning on attending the New York Worlds Fair next year today have been assured that their railroad fare will be below that prevailing today. Fair officials announced that the Trunk Line Association of New York and the Central Passenger Association of Chicago have agreed on reduced tariffs for fair patrons and similar action is expected to be taken by the Southern, Western, New England and Canadian associations.
