DEPARTS FOR CHARLES TOWN NEW ORLEANS, La., Nov. 28 Thomas C. Bradley, Louisiana Jockey Club steward and steward representing the West Virginia Racing Commission, departed over the weekend for Charles Town, W. Va., where he will serve in the stand during the winter meet- ing at that point, which begins on Decem- ber 1. In the absence of judge Bradley, 1 John T. Ireland and Richard A. Leigh, Sr., will handle the racing activities here, Brad- . j ley returning the latter part of December to resume his post at the Fair Grounds.
