MARTIAL LAW IN SOFIA LONDON, England, Nov. 28. Revolutionary disorders have occurred in Sofia, the Daily Telegraphs correspondent reported today and the Bulgarian capital has been cut off by a cordon of troops. Martial ltw has been declared in Sofia. The Daily Express said police and fire brigades used fire hoses on 15,000 demonstrators outside the premiers offices and, fearing larger demonstrations, the Express said, authorities imposed martial law Sunday.
