IDENTIFICATION WORK STARTED HIALEAH, Fla., Dec. 16. The work of photographing and identifying every horse which will race at Tropical and Hialeah Parks is under way. The system sponsored by Marshall Cassidy, New York State Racing Commission steward, is expected to preclude the possibility of tampered or drugged horses. Dr. J. G. Catlett is in charge of the program of identification, assisted by Walter Turnier of his department. Supt. Eddie Grogan and Capt. Geo. Salmon of the Pin-kerton agency are handling the photographic work.
