i j TVA IN THE "RED" WASHINGTON, D. C, Dec. 16. The Tennessee Valley Authoritys power program J was 10,171, in the "red" in the last fiscal year, with a deficit piled up to 48,664 since operations began in 1933, the joint congressional committee investigating T. V. A., was told today. The figures were given by E. L. Ohler, T. V. A. comptroller, who was called : before the committee to answer charges of mismanagement and juggling of T. V. A. accounts.
