NOAHS PRIDE TEST POSITIVE E. K. Murray and All Horses Owned or Trained by Him Suspended by Pair Grounds Stewards. NEW ORLEANS, La., Dec. 16. For the first time since the inauguration of tlje saliva test by the Louisiana Jockey Club last season, a specimen taken here showed a positive reaction, it was announced today by stewards John T. Ireland and R. A. 4 Leigh, Sr., that E. K. Murray and all of the horses owned and trained by him are suspended for sixty days as the result of the alleged stimulation of Noahs Pride Wednesday, December 7. Noahs Pride won the seventh race on that day. The ruling issued by the stewards follows: For positive reaction on the horse Noahs Pride, which ran in the seventh race Wednesday, December 7, 1938, owner-trainer E. K. Murray and all of the horses owned and trained by him, Noahs Pride, Apple Annie, Blond Spook, Sunberra, Cyrus P. and Brother Higher, are suspended for sixty days. Signed R. A. LEIGH, Sr. J. T.
