I CHARLES TOWN TURF NOTES $ W. E. Trussell, track veterinarian here, stated that he had fired the platers, Timber Storm and Chief Hollis. Donald Hay, mutuels manager here and at Hollywood, Fla., will vacation at his home in Baltimore until after the holiday, when he will depart for the Broward County track. Racing secretary Fred Burton will leave for the new Florida oval immediately following the close of the meeting at Charles Town.
