J NO TROPICAL JUVENILE RACES MIAMI, Fla., Dec. 20. In consideration of the custom adopted at. the opening of the 1937-38 winter meeting at Tropical Park, no two-year-old races will be staged during the present term of racing. The youngsters will make their first appearance . at Hialeah Park.
