FASCIST LEADER SENTENCED TUNIS, Tunisia, Dec. 20. Ubaldo Rey, Italian Fascist leader in the French protectorate of Tunisia, was sentenced to three months imprisonment and fined 500 francs today on a charge of inciting a riot. The charge against the Italian leader was levelled in connection with Fascist demands for annexation of Tunisia by Italy.
