BUSY EXERCISE RIDER LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 3. Chester "Shorty" Terrill, an exercise rider who estimates he gallops between 5,500 and 6,000 horses in the course of a year, stopped off in Louisville en route from New Orleans to Detroit. Terrill says he worked "approximately 2,800 horses during the Fair Grounds season..His fee is fifty cents a gallop.
