I NARRAGANSETT PARK NOTES 0 Mort Allen checked in with a string of four, the property of Mrs. M. P. Allen. The stable comprises three juveniles, Dave Alexander, Gene McCarthy, and an unnamed filly; also a three-year-old filly that has yet to be named. T. F. Swords arrived with Iskie and Felsa. R. Metcalf has taken over Florian U. to train for Carlos De La Cerda. Florian II. is a South American-bred. John Sanford, of Amsterdam, N. Y., who lost the majority of his thoroughbreds in a fire last autumn, has made an offer to C. H. "Tobe" Trotter for the Kentucky Derby nominee, Silent Witness. Trainer J. McGraw has taken over the three thoroughbreds, Our Teddy, Express and Cross Over. They will race in the interest of A. A. Crabbe, of Cambridge, Mass. Trainer Frank Coltiletti registered six head, which he trains for A. E. Munyon, Mrs. Coltiletti and H. E. Strouse. T. F. Swords registered two and trainer R. E. Felder brought in five for G. N. W. Mc-Naughton. Trainer H. Lindauer brought in two for Burke and Lindauer. ! Forty-five badges have been given out to riders by Jimmy Ferris, custodian of the jockeys room. Frank Kirkley arrived from Florida with the plater French Trap. Jockey J. G. Wilson is attached to the stable of Paul Kelley, for whom he will ride during the Narragansett meeting. George Leeds brought in three head, Celes-tino, War Emblem and Speed Demon, owned by B. Brett.
