VICKERS PURCHASES QUARTET LEXINGTON, Ky., April 25. Olin Gentry, acting for Idle Hour Stock Farm, sold to Cromwell Blood Stock Agency today for the account of J. A. Vickers of Wichita, Kans., the following: Broken Pieces, br. 3, by Black Toney My Mistake, by North Star ni.; Buyer Beware, br. f, 3, by Carlaris Banner Bright, by Ormondale; Birthday Cake, br. g, 3, by Whichone Barnswallow. by Black Servant; Better Be Good, b. f, 2, by Black Servant or Blue Larkspur Beach Talk, by Suddridge. These horses are in training at Idle Hour Farm and will be shipped this week to Lincoln Fields to be turned over to trainer H. Roberts, who will arrive there from Wichita with Edna T., ch. f, 2, by Titus Lovebird, by Ormondale; Patsy Friar T., ch. f, 2, by Titus Patsy Girl, by Dark Friar, and Miss Paula, br. f, 3, by Titus Cigale, by Von Tromp. These three have been in training at Wichita Fan-Grounds since about the first of the year. -A-
