SANDY BILLS NINTH STRAIGHT NEW YORK, N. Y., April 25. Mrs. Ethel D. Jacobs remarkable old sprinter, Sandy Bill, continued his winning way when he was winner of the six furlongs dash at the end of Tuesdays card. It was his third score of the meeting, and last season he was unbeaten in six trips to the post, giving him a string of nine straight. In this, the old gelding did not get to the front uptil nearing the turn from the back stretch, but when he took command it was all over and he sped along to be winner by two lengths.
