HAGERSTOWN PROVES POPULAR a i a STANTON, Del., June 14.— Officials of the J Hagerstown Fair Association sent word here that stall applications for the approaching P meeting at the Hub City plant, which will ? obtain for ten days, have been pouring into their offices and they plan to accommodate ! as as many as possible. Last season outside stalls had to be used by late arrivals and P it is expected that it will apply for the meet-ing this season as some of the best stables A A. on the smaller circuit intend to race during the ten-day session. Improvements which have gone forward since early in May have about been completed and little remains to be finished. Rails, fences, barns, administration buildings have «11 been coated with fresh paint, and entrances have also been decorated in the color scheme of the Fair n Association. a
