Rumage Training Horses ARLINGTON, Texas, May 2.— Horace Rumage, Arlington horseman who recently returned to his Tarrant County headquarters after a long stay in Cuba, placed two juveniles in active training at Hurst, Texas. The Rumage colorbearers will not be seen in action until late summer, he announced. Rumage has a farm close to Arlington.
