Stanley Freeman Dons Silks CICERO, 111., May 2. — Another new apprentice has started his riding career here at Sportsman "s Park. He is Stanley Winston Freeman, who hails from Jackson, Mich. Freeman, who is 24 years of age, can do the light weight of 104 pounds and is under contract to R. E. Plemmons. The lad rede his first mount on a recognized race track here Thursday when he was abcard the four-year-old filly, Chilla Nation. Although the filly was not in the money, she was given an energetic ride by the newcomer who shows that he may become one of the better riders with more experience.
