MENEITHER was sprinted into command at the start, displayed speed throughout to shake off opposition in the stretch and was under .hard hand urging in the final sixteenth. REGAL BOY was a prominent factor all the way and had no mishaps. JOTUN was taken under restraint when outrun, then failed to gain on the leaders. CARBONATE was steered to the outside for the stretch run and finished fast. FORTRESS had no mishaps. GENEROSITY was on the inside and showed an even effort. TEEWEE was outrun. BROTHER DEAR, a prominent factor throughout, slipped through on the inside in the stretch and finished with good courage. SOLAR STAR was close up throughout and had no mishaps. RIPOSTE was outrun to the stretch turn, then finished with a rush. ISLE DE PINE faltered in the final eighth. TOUJOUR had early speed, then faltered. BROWN GAL raced well throughout. CROWN went wide all the way. HELENS BOY finished well on the inside. YORK RIVER was never -a factor. TELL ME MORE quit in the stretch. BRIANSAN had no mishaps. BID ON was outrun. BALLYARNETT made a determined bid in the final eighth, then faltered. CHATLET showed an even effort all the way. WOOD-VALE QUEEN made up some ground from a slow beginning. COUNCIL BLUFF had no mishaps. WHISCEN-DENT was never a factor. THE GENERAL raced evenly. WADDY was outrun. CLIATH had no mishaps. QUEENS NAVY quit. GUILE had a flash of early speed.
