Beezley Conditioning Fifteen For Racing at Detroit Track DETROIT, Mich., May 21. Earl H. Beezley, always a regular on the Michigan-Ohio racing circuit, registered his strong 15-horse stable with racing secretary Charles Henry of the Detroit Fair Grounds. Beezley and Cohn will be represented at the Motor City oval by the imported star, Grasshopper n., holder of the worlds record for one mile and 40 yards; Sam-borombon, South American-bred handicap performer; Felsum and Spiteful. Mrs. Beezley will have nine thoroughbreds here to carry her colors and, included in her contingent, are the English-bred Quarto, Unbuttoned, Wise Colonel, Tony- pandy, Army Song, Milk Toast, String Music, Stage Fright and Allanwood. Beezley also will condition Gold Teddy and Bebeja for Mrs. H. J. Hines. Jockey Bobby Strange, who showed excellent saddle form on the New England circuit, arrived in Detroit with the Beezley establishment and will do the bulk of the riding here for that unit.
