Crosby Unit to Detroit DETROIT, Mich., May 21. Albert Johnson, who successfully piloted two Kentucky Derby winners, arrived at the Fair Grounds with the Bing Crosby stable horses. Besides the seven thoroughbreds Johnson registered for Crosby, he also will condition Penwipe and Valdina Gnome for David Butler. Jockey Eddie Tucker accompanied the Crosby unit to the Motor City and will do the riding here for Johnson.
