Keen Rivalry Among Horses Racing at Lincoln Fields CRETE, 111., May 23. Competition among the horses racing at Lincoln Fields this spring is so keen thatDnly three stables were able ot win as many as two races each during the first five days. This successful trio is composed of the racing establishments of Herbert M. Woolf, William B. Simpson and Mr. and Mrs. Jake Lowenstein. Pig Tails and Technician gave the Wool-ford Farm its pair of victories, while Bon-zar and Take Wing, who scored on the same afternoon, were the successful Simpson thoroughbreds. The Lowensteins accounted for their triumphs with Hermina B., who races under Mrs. Lowensteins silks, and Heartman. There also is a lively battle at Lincoln Fields for jockey honors. Harry Schuling and Steve Brooks topped the list for the first five days, with four winners each, while Lester Balaski, Billy Pearson and George Martin have scored with three mounts each.
