LITTON HICKMAN saved ground rounding the top turn, came strongly next to the inner rail through the stretch and drew away into an easy lead nearing the end. GALLANT GLANCE closed a wide gap after being forced wide on the first turn and came strongly in the stretch. OPOCA raced well up throughout and held on gamely. EYES set the pace to the last eighth, but tired in the final test. MAMMY B. closed much ground. BABY PRINCESS tired. BLACK MISCHIEF saved ground in the stretch and, closing strongly, just failed to get up. PALLO, a forward factor throughout, saved ground in the stretch and held on well. FLORA SPAN displayed early speed and was carried wide by IMA LADY all through the last eighth, but held on fairly well. MARIE F. had no excuses and was tiring at the end. The others were outrun.
