Hicomb Improved Sprinter BOSTON, Mass., May 27. One of the most improved sprinters in local training is Hicomb, owned by R. Campbell. Two years ago trainer W. J. Norton was trying to peddle the horse to Glenn Felknerfor 00. Campbell, a newcomer to the sport, then stepped in and offered 00 more than the asking price, and the sale was completed.
