Chase Racing Near at Detroit DETROIT, Mich., June 16.— Work on the Fair Grounds steeplechase course is progressing satisfactorily, according to announcement by Sharpe Craig, who is supervising the construction. The initial offering over the jumps will be the ,000 Bloomfield Hills Open Hunt, which event is to be decided on Tuesday, June 29.
