Location of Winners Circle HOMEWOOD, HI., June 16.— When racing starts at Washington Park next Monday fans will see the winners reporting to a new hedge-surrounded winners circle. Members of Arlingtons Post and Paddock Club will be able to look the winners right in the eye, as the circle is directly in front of the new terraced lawn set aside for the exclusive turf club.
