Raises Purses in Substitutes FAIRMOUNT PARK, Collinsville, 111., May 27.— Racing Secretary J. J. Klucina announced that the substitute races in the condition book which carry a purse of 00 would be raised to 00. Several substitute races have been booked and each were raised 00.
